Urban misogyny exposes how violence and injustice against women are fuelled by their constant portrayal on the media as passive objects.

Billboards and posters flood our public spaces, shaping how women are seen and how they see themselves. This photo series contrasts real women with the impossible ideals pushed by beauty culture.
